The Lifetime Ground Sleeve for 3.5 inch Round Basketball Poles allows you to avoid cementing the pole of your Lifetime basketball system directly into the ground. This also makes installation easier and allows you to remove the basketball system should you ever move. Simply cement the Lifetime Ground Sleeve for 3.5 Inch Round Basketball Poles into the ground, then slide the pole into the sleeve once it dries. The Lifetime Ground Sleeve for 3.5 Inch Round Basketball Poles is only compatible with 3.5 inch round Lifetime pole systems.

I decided to use the ground sleeve to make installation a bit easier. I am very glad that I did. It is time consuming, as you have to wait for the concrete to cure, but the pole is not wobbly at all. I now have the freedom of replacing the hoop down the road should I need to. I could also take out the basketball hoop temporarily if needs be. Well worth an additional $30.

Using the ground sleeve made installation of basketball goal a breeze. Price was good, shipping was reasonable and quick. Would absolutely recommend!!

This is the best idea in a cold weather climate. I am going to be able to take the whole thing down in the winter so the elements won't damage it. Makes the installation 100 times easier

My order came very quickly, but I didn't open it till 4 weeks later when my husband wanted to install it. I opened the box and the only thing in it was the tube. The lid and screw were missing. My husband said he can make it work since we need to get it in the ground so my kids have their gift ready for christmas. The add never mentioned that there were parts missing.
